About the event
This class is all about embracing your body and letting go by learning twerking and floorwork techniques by a seasoned performer, Isis The Entertainer. Our supportive and inclusive atmosphere will help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to shine—on or off the floor.
What to Bring: Comfortable workout clothes, water bottle, heels (optional), knee pads (optional for floorwork), and an open mind ready to challenge yourself.
