STL Hot Seat is an adult dance fitness class that uses signature props (chairs and heels) to explore femininity and self expression with our 3 main dance styles: burlesque, hiphop, and African.
Heels are optional, but we encourage everyone to try them out. Each class we stretch and warm up to build the strength and posture necessary and learn how to spot our chairs and use them as support as well.
